The Beauvallet story is one of men and women who have perpetuated family history and traditions around meat, uniting their shared passions: the taste of excellent products, love for the land, and a passion for innovation.

Family tradition
It was in 1860 that the Beauvallet family, established near Pithiviers (45), began a great family adventure: butchers and traders from father to son, the company specialized in wholesale and trade for traditional butchers, communities and regional commercial catering.
In 1971, with the opening of the Pithiviers municipal slaughterhouse, the Beauvallet brothers developed a deboning workshop, allowing them to diversify their clientele from the traditional shelves of mass distribution and fine commercial catering in the “Centre” and Paris regions.
Bernard Léguille purchased the company from the Beauvallet brothers in 1991, following the family tradition. Over the years, as opportunities arose, our sphere of influence and operations expanded beyond our borders. In addition to our growing geographic presence, the Beauvallet companies also developed increasingly processed product ranges, in line with consumer patterns and changes in the catering sector.
Today, Charles Léguille runs the Beauvallet business in the footsteps of his father, with the same passion that drives him.
Now, this expertise has arrived in Brazil.
