R$ 5 million
invested
In 2019, we acquired an old and obsolete industrial plant, but in less than five years we have already invested more than R$5 million in modernizing machinery and equipment, uniforms and PPE, infrastructure improvements, and everything that involves the health and safety of our employees.

Respect for People
Plurality is present in our daily lives. We prioritize respect for all people, including employees, communities, and other stakeholders, and we do not tolerate any form of discrimination.
Our hiring and remuneration processes follow labor legislation and internal procedures and standards and do not distinguish based on gender, age, race, sex, religion and/or any other aspect.

Programs of
We offer a variety of activities that promote health and well-being in the workplace. Check them out:

Health and Safety
of the Worker
To guarantee occupational health at Beauvallet Brasil, all employees, both employees and third parties, are covered by the occupational health and safety management system.
In addition, our operations have an occupational physician, an occupational health and safety engineer, as well as health and safety and nursing technicians.
We also have groups with worker representatives who support actions focused on accident prevention and promoting worker health.

Development
of People
Within our Leadership Development Program (LDP), we apply various training modules (Communication, Situational Leadership, Decision Making, Organizational Culture, among others), which have benefited more than 1,300 managers.
To support young people entering the job market, we offer Trainee, Internship, and Young Apprentice programs. These programs are designed to encourage professional development and interest in the agricultural sector among young people, contributing to job creation in the communities where we operate.

SESMT
Our Specialized Safety Engineering and Occupational Health Services department constantly implements actions to prevent work-related accidents and illnesses, promoting the health and safety of workers. This includes identifying and assessing workplace risks, implementing preventive and corrective measures, conducting training and raising awareness, and ensuring documentation and monitoring of worker health and safety.
In 2025, fire brigade training was conducted, including firefighting, chemical products, and first aid. A new election and training for the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) were also held, as well as a presentation on the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), and the relevant NBRs for occupational health and safety.
