We are certified by PAACO and McDonald's, based on the international guidelines of the North American Meat Institute (NAMI).
The PAACO (Professional Animal Auditor Certification Organization) audit at McDonald's is related to animal welfare and ensuring that the fast food chain's suppliers follow international standards in this regard.

Brazil Beef Quality
Brazil Beef Quality is a classification that uses a scoring system to evaluate and certify the quality of beef, based on criteria including tenderness, flavor, and juiciness. This classification aims to provide consumers with accurate and reliable information about product quality, helping them make choices and ensuring a more satisfying experience. Beauvallet Brasil's Or Rouge line has a 4- and 5-star rating.
BRCGS – Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standards
The BRCGS global standard certifies food safety, integrity, legality, and quality management systems in the manufacturing, processing, and packaging industries. It is one of the most frequently used operational tools worldwide and is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
Halal
Halal certification attests that the production, processing, and storage of products complied with Islamic jurisprudence at every stage. The process is carried out by a government-controlled agency and/or an Islamic organization.
