Our team of Food Quality and Safety experts carry out continuous monitoring at various stages of the process, ensuring that all guidelines, policies, procedures and customer and consumer specifications are followed.

In addition to the company's own risk analysis processes, there is daily monitoring and verification, external product quality and safety audits are carried out by the Department of Products of Animal Origin - DIPOA of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), in addition to other control and verification bodies.

Animal Welfare

Beauvallet Brasil values and encourages its producer partners to adopt animal welfare practices.

Our Animal Welfare Policy expresses our commitment to ensuring that animals (cattle) that are part of the supply chain are treated in accordance with the five domains of animal welfare recommended by the Farm Animal Welfare Committee (FAWC).

Furthermore, Beauvallet Brasil follows a series of procedures and controls – on farms, during transport to the factory and in the pre-slaughter and slaughter processes.
